Coffee County Fair

Who doesn't love the excitement of a local county fair? The rides, food, shows, animals....I have such great memories of the fair when I was a child. Last week, Coffee County, TN had their annual county fair. It rained most of the week but the excitement was still there. My family showed in the Polled Hereford cattle show on Saturday.
D. J. won a trophy for showing. Way to go!!!!

Of course, everyone has to visit the animals while at the fair. D. J. just loved watching them.

We all decided this poor fellow had a bad hair day!Thanksgiving is just around the corner, hope this guy survives.

What a fun day and such memories. Do you have any memories of the county fairs?

Kathyn's Third Birthday

After the sale, we had a great celebration for Kathyrn's birthday. It was wonderful having the family gather in the barn to open gifts and share cake. Mom, Krista, does a GREAT job at making cakes. Isn't the frog too cute, he/she is holding up three fingers on one hand.
Kathyrn sharing a bite of cake and ice cream from dad, Lynn....

She got some of the cutest clothes you have ever seen....
